WexFord Haven Homes, a renowned property developer, has commenced the sales of off plan and services of De Tamara Massionete 8 housing units in the heartland of Asaba, the capital of Delta State.
Unveiling the initiative in Asaba, the Chairman of WexFord Haven Homes, Akpeli-Ojogwu Kimashinor Tom Nwakalo-Imu, explained that “De Tamara Massionete Projects we are about to commence today is our new novel project in Asaba.”
He disclosed that while seeking approval for the projects from the Delta State Government, the Commissioner for Lands and Surveys, Barr Kate Onianwa, sought to know where they got the beautiful design from.
Nwakalo-Imu stressed that when completed, Tamara Massionete housing project would change the skyline in Asaba.
The Chairman of WexFord Haven Homes said the company only invited ‘Property Agents’ to the official flag off the ‘Off Plan Sales’ strategy the company wanted to adopt.
He said that “as an agent, when you are marketing to potential buyers, you should be able to explain to them, what exactly you have seen and how they can or intend to key into it by buying these properties. As we speak to you, we have enough materials on ground to take it to roofing level. You can see two trailer loads of cement over there; behind you is the iron rods that can take off the building to the roofing level. So, what we are adopting at this stage is for buyers who want to buy to key in with us. That is why we invited you as property agents for this unveiling.”
Nwakalo-Imu added that the Off-Plan Sales payment strategy Massionete building, consisting of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments would be a estate with gate, surrounded with a garden.
Also speaking, the Principal Partner/Project Manager, Arch. Olawale Daniel Orimijupa, noted that instead of the conventional 2, 3, or 4 bedroom apartments, WexFord Haven Homes came with an ideal of giving elegance to 3 and 4 bedroom which was an equivalent size of the building in a 3 suspended floors.
Orimijupa disclosed that De Tamara Massionete apartments consisted of units of ultramodern apartments with state-of-the-art building facilities, adding that they were of two types.
According to him, “type one is the basic 3 bedroom Maisonette, while type two has an enlarged living space, cinema and BQ. Each unit enjoys amenities, such as 24 hours supply of metered electricity, private security, CCTV, camera, Smart Home automation, standby generator, dedicated transformer, swimming pool, fully equipped gym, car park for 24 cars and effective waste management.”
Orimijupa, who added that each building had a parking space for, at least, four cars, said the elegant homes were selling for N60m each, with initial deposit of N13m for type one (3 bedroom Massionetes), and N70m with initial deposit of N15m for type two (3 bedroom Massionetes + Cinema and BQ).
