The Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, His Excellency Senator Ovie Omo-Agege and his Deputy, Rt. Hon. Friday Osanebi, have bagged chieftaincy titles in Nsukwa Clan of Aniocha South Local Government Area of the State.
Omo-Agege, who is the Deputy President of The Senate (DSP), and his Deputy in the 2023 governorship race were on Wednesday unveiled as the ‘Ezinna Bu Enyinye and Ikemba’ of Nsukwa Clans by His Royal Majesty Obi Dr. Kenneth Ezegbunem 1 JP, The Obi of Nsukwa Kingdom, on behalf of seven other monarchs of Nsukwa Clan of Aniocha South.
“Ezinna Bu Enyinye” is translated to mean ‘Good Father Is Like Elephant, while “Ikemba” means ‘Stong Man’s.
After the flagged off yesterday at Onicha-Ugbo, the APC and Omo-Agege had taken their campaigns to Aniocha South, where Nsukwa is grouped under. Nsukwa is under Aniocha South Local Government Area.
After receiving the title, Omo-Agege, who Commended the Nsukwa monarchs promised to restore electricity to the clan. That it was disheartening for the clan to be without electricity power for the past 24 years.
