Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Guwor, has been described as a detribalized and patriotic Deltan whose leadership prowess in the legislative arm of government has consistently upscaled mutuality and good conduct of lawmaking in the 8th Assembly.
The commendation was contained in a congratulatory message by the Executive Assistant on Communication to Delta State Governor, and Head of the State Orientation Bureau, Dr (Barr) Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, on the occasion of Mr Speaker’s 44th birthday anniversary celebration on Monday, and made available to newsmen.
Oghenesivbe noted that the hallowed chamber has been peaceful and vibrant with robust deliberation, as can be seen form the conduct of legislative business of the state since the inauguration of the 8th Assembly on June 13, last year, and counting.
He said Speaker Guwor’s effective leadership skills, uncommon humility, result oriented team player techniques, transparency and open door policy has unveiled him as a quintessential helmsman of the legislative branch of government determined to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of Delta State and service to humanity.
Oghenesivbe thanked God for the colourful destiny and exemplary life of Speaker Guwor, while wishing him good health, uncommon wisdom and God’s blessings in the years ahead.
