Delta State Deputy Governor, Sir Monday Onyeme has assured Members of Ndokwa West Legislative Arm that the Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori’s-led administration will meet the needs of the People.
Onyeme, who gave this assurance yesterday when he played host to members of Ndokwa West Legislative Arm noted that with the available resources this administration would deliver Infrastructures that would be beneficial to the people.
He said “I am aware of the issues enumerated here, they are all issues every Ndokwa Sons and Daughters are aware of, lack of electricity and access roads in the various communities.
“We will work very hard to ensure that the electricity problems is solved, let’s be patient, i am assuring you all that some communities that do not have electricity will have electricity, same thing with access roads”
He urged the legislators to be committed, dedicated and loyal to this administration adding that the M.O.R.E Agenda of the Oborevwori’s administration is to make life meaningful for all.
Commending Sir Monday Onyeme for Operating an Open door policy which he said deserves to be emulated, the Deputy Majority Leader of the Legislative Arm, Hon. Barth Inneh Ozah, who spoke on behalf of the visitors congratulated the Number 2 Man for breaking the jinx of being the first Ndokwa son to ascend to the position of Deputy Governor in the State.
He thanked him for the appointment of Hon. Christopher Ifeanyi Osakwe as Deputy Chief of Staff (DCOS), whom he described as one of their own and immediate past Boss as Chairman of Ndokwa West Local Government Area.
Ozah appealed to the State Government to look into the plights of access roads and electricity in Ndokwa West Local Government Area. That for over eight years now there has been no electricity supply in many areas of the Council Area.
“Electricity situation and access roads condition in the LGA needs urgent attention Sir. The State Government should please help us in anyway address the salient issues”. Hon. Barth Inneh Ozah asserted.
He assured Onyeme of their continuous support and unalloyed loyalty to this administration, expressing hope and confidence that the M.O.R.E Agenda will be greatly felt in Ndokwa Nation and Delta State in general.
Hon. Barth Inneh Ozah said the members of the Ndokwa West Legislative Arms were solidly behind the Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori’s-led administration and would do all possible best for it’s success in Ndokwa West Local Government Area.
