The Coalition of Isoko Youths Leaders and Youths, in collaboration with the United Youth Frontier, hosted its annual end-of-year party and award night with a resounding call for members to continue supporting the MORE Agenda of the Delta State government.
In his welcome address, Chief Fidelis Utomudo, the coordinator of the United Youth Frontier, highlighted the group’s efforts to give back to society through impactful initiatives across the state. He described these efforts as a reflection of the group’s commitment to the MORE Agenda, which focuses on development and empowerment.
Chief Utomudo explained that the awards presented during the event were to honor individuals who have significantly contributed to the organization’s vision. He assured attendees that the group is committed to launching more initiatives in 2025.
Expressing gratitude, Chief Utomudo appreciated the members for their unwavering support and confidence in Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s administration.
The chairman of the planning committee also praised the formation of the Coalition of Isoko Youths Leaders, describing it as an umbrella body for various youth groups. He reiterated that the coalition remains apolitical and is dedicated to empowering the less privileged, raising awareness, and fostering development.
Highlights of the event included the presentation of awards to distinguished individuals, including Dr. Nelson Aluya, as well as financial support and the distribution of rice to members.
