Sir, I join your family, ICC of NUJ, friends and other media practitioners in congratulating you and thanking God for your life as you turn a new age today.
Your years have been full of remarkable accomplishments.
You are achieving success in journalism as you are doing in unionism.
Within the indigenous publishers in Asaba and Delta State NUJ, you remain an ally and a force to reckon with as the Chairman of Indigenous Correspondents Chapel (ICC).
Since your election as Chairman in 2020, during which time we have been working to chart the path towards ensuring a better NUJ in the State, you have not been found wanting in the service of the Union.
You rose to the pinnacle of your Chapel with your election as ICC Chairman in 2020. You demonstrated your political capacity and wide acceptance by your Chapel.
Over the years, you have proven to be an excellent grassroots mobilizer and fine Union leader.
Andy Emephia is a jolly and jovial chap whose vast experience, leadership, and wise counseling are always needed when he’s in his “GOOD MOOD” not only by the ICC but all of us in the Union
Sir, on the occasion of your birthday, my prayer is that God grant you more years, good health, and imbue you with his grace and protection so our Union can continue to benefit from your fountain of knowledge and wisdom.
