Delta State Comisssioner for Economic Planning, Dr. Barry Gbe congratulates Delta State Co-ordinator of the World Bank assisted Nigeria Covid-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (NG-CARES) implemented in Delta State, Lady Patience Ogbewe as she was conferred with Doctor of Community Development.
The Economic Commissioner gave this commendation when members of the the Triune Biblical University Global Extension, New York, USA presented her and other nominees during a ceremony held today in Asaba.
Dr. Gbe revealed that the award given to lady Ogbewe was well deserved due to his capacity and competence in the efficient delivery of all assignments at her disposal.
The Commissioner who was represented by his special assistant, Dr. Alex Ighoro also disclosed that the award is a testament of her excellent community service to humanity.
During the ceremony, the representative of the University noted that the various awardees extremely merited the honour bestowed on them in their fields of endeavors saying that every single activity carried act by any individual is seen globally and that people should not relent to positively impacting lives.
Lady Ogbewe who was highly elated with the distinguished recognition, thanked God for given her the opportunity to serve the people in such capacity.
She promised that this award will also spur her to consolidate on adding value to her community in her own little way.
