The results of the Entrance Examination into the 17 Model Secondary Schools in Delta State, conducted on July 22, 2023, have been released.
A statement from the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and signed by the Permanent Secretary, Mr Augustine Oghoro, said that a total of 4,748 candidates registered for the examination.
The statement added that out the registered candidates, 4,562 sat for the examination with 186 candidates absent.
It advised all candidates that participated in the examination to check their results with the scratch cards with which they registered for the examination, stressing that those whose cards were lost could purchase new cards at the cost of N300 only, per card.
The statement stressed that candidates who met the cut-off mark that would be decided by the ministry would secure admission into schools of choice.
