Delta State Advocacy Team (SAT) on HIV/AIDs, Tuberculosis and Malaria tasks Community Based Organisations (CBOs) on proper documentation of their activities to enhanced work delivery.
The leader of SAT, Pastor Greg Sifo gave the charge at the monthly coordination meeting held with the various Community Based Organisation (CBOs) in Asaba.
Pastor Sifo who thanked members of SAT especially the State Program Officer, Miss Juliet Obiajulu for her selfless service in bringing out useful results from the communities.
He also enjoined the CBOs to consolidate on helping the people to gain effectively from the program.
The State Program Officer, Miss Juliet Obiajulu frowned at executive directors and program officers of some CBOs on proper documentations of their various activities to meet up with standard practices.
Miss Obiajulu revealed that it is only through prompt and accurate documentations the success stories reported would be valid and accepted as result for performance.
Earlier, the state Tuberculosis cordinator, Mr. Miracle Onyeukwu urged the CBOs to showcase their activities through the numerous new or conventional media platform for the public to know their functions and how to access them appropriately.
The state NEPWHAN coordinator, Mr. Christopher Ogberetitinor encourage the CBOs in promoting more awareness of the program to their communities so as to provide opportunities to them.
