The State Organizing Secretary of Coalition for Media Politics and Governance (CMPG), Deacon Fidelis Chimokwu has resigned his position as well as his membership of the group.
Chimokwu disclosed this in a Press Statement he made available to newsmen in Asaba on Sunday, 6th August, 2023.
He stated that he has equally written a resignation letter to the State Chairman, informing him of his resignation from the executive membership of the group.
According to Chimokwu’s resignation letter with effect from today, Sunday August 06, 2023, “My decision to leave is strictly personal and without any prejudice. Thank you most sincerely Sir, for the opportunity given me to serve.”
Spade Nigeria news reliably gathered that until his resignation, Deacon Fidelis Chimokwu was one of the brains and chief strategist behind the CMPG successive media supports and mobilization during the electioneering campaign of the Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori.
