The Azima of Okpe Kingdom and the second member of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), Chief Akpufuoma Pemu has extolled Sen. Ifeanyi Okowa, the immediate past governor of Delta State as he clocks 65 today.
This was contained in his congratulatory message, made available to newsmen today in Asaba.
According to Pemu, the past governor inputs during his tenure were felt by all adding that they were still visible today.
He recalled the governor’s developmental strides in education, road construction, human development, empowerment, improvement and sustainance of peace across the state.
“On this day I congratulate you, Your Excellency Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, the Ekwueme of the Universe on your birth anniversary.
“I also use this medium to thank you for the good work you did for our dear state while serving as the executive governor”, Pemu stated.
“Your excellent work as a tactful governor is still visible in our educational sector, roads, entrepreneurial exposure and empowerment today.
Your Excellency, I congratulate you on this special day of yours as I pray for more prosperous years for you” the statement added.
