Kogi State Governor, Usman Ahmed Ododo has signed a contract in the total sum of N29, 929,447,352.15 billion for the commencement of gully reclamation, stabilization and channelization at Etahi, in Okene, Omigbo in Kabba and Olubojo in Ankpa these sites cut across the three Senatorial Districts of Kogi State. The Managing Director, Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA), Mr Bello Mohammed Koko, has been accused of bribing investigating officers of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to cover up his multi-billion naira money laundering case, according to an internal memo sent to the office of the Chairman of the EFCC.
