A recent high-profile ruling has shown the British justice system’s effectiveness, as the City of London Magistrates’ Court ordered the release of $1,199,965 to Nigerian Senator Prince Ned Nwoko, that was frozen in an account belonging to Mr. Keith Davies. National Judicial Council suspends Justice G. C. Aguma of High Court of Rivers State from performing judicial functions for a period of one year without pay and also placed him on “Watch-List” for two years.
