Delta Governor, Senator (Dr) Ifeanyi Okowa, on Friday, said the ongoing process for the creation of new wards in the state was to correct the imbalance in ward delineation in some local government areas. Six policemen and four others were killed in the state during the mayhem unleashed on Lagos, the police added.
