The Vice Chairman of Isoko North Local Government Council, Hon. Chief Frank Ozue on Thursday emerged Coordinator of the Forum of Vice Chairmen of Local Government Councils in Delta State. Ozue’s emergence was at a meeting chaired by Delta ALGON Chairman, Hon. Victor Ebonka at Ika North East Council Secretariat, Owa-Oy­ibu.
