The Department of State Services (DSS), a covert security agency of the government, has confirmed the arrest of Godwin Emefiele, the suspended governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). It would be recalled that the DSS initially released a statement on Saturday morning denying any custody of Godwin Emefiele. The DSS has now acknowledged the arrest of the suspended CBN governor.
