A ministerial nominee from Kaduna State, Abbas Balarabe, on Wednesday afternoon, collapsed during his screening by the Senate in the Committee of the Whole. Balarabe had shortly finished reading a brief background information about himself and the Senate also suspended its rules to allow its sitting beyond 2pm, when the incident happened.
