Former minister of works and PDP chieftain Chief Mike Oziegbe Onolememen has left the party. Onolememen sent a resignation letter to the chairman of the Edo state chapter of the PDP, Tony Aziegbemi, stating that he is no longer interested in being a party member. Chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, Chief Tonobok Okowa, has stated that he has no wish for his tenure to be extended nor be returned. The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has approved the immediate revocation of 165 plots of land, some of which belonged to some prominent Nigerians, in the serviced districts of the Federal Capital City.
