The National Coordinator, Atiku Abubakar Media Vanguard, AAMV, has asked Nigerians to reject the All Progressive Congress, APC’s Presidential Candidate, President Muhammadu Buhari in the 2019 presidential election, saying that Nigeria cannot afford to vote for a man who stated that old age had affected his psyche from performing up to the expectations of Nigerians. He stated that if President Buhari truly loved Nigeria and a man of integrity as he pretentiously claimed, he would have honourably resigned since his old age could not let him perform his official duties as the number one citizen of Nigeria.
The AAMV Boss in a Press release made available to the media accused the President Buhari administration as the most corrupt government Nigeria had ever witnessed since 1999.
According to him, “Between 1999 and 2018, Nigerians are witnessing the highest regime of corruption under the administration of ‘Mr. Integrity.’ It is this administration the Presidency coerced WAEC to present a false attestation to President Buhari who did not write such exams and they shamelessly celebrated it. It’s this administration Nigerian government claimed to have spent N3.5 million monthly to feed El-Zakzaky. It is this administration N220 million was used for grass removal job. It’s this administration that budgeted the sum of N310 millon to feed and administer drugs to dogs that will be deployed in states for the 2019 elections. It’s this administration
EFCC found $38m, £27k, N23m in a house in Gerrard Road, Ikoyi and bundles of cash valued at $155, 000 were reportedly seized at a Nigerian airport, Kaduna State, but the owners of the looted funds were exonerated and covered up because they belong to Buhari-APC cabal. It’s Buhari’s administration Fire gutted EFCC office when EFFC officials were asked to tender details of recovered funds by the cabal. It’s under Buhari administration, dead people were appointed into positions and also banned from traveling out of Nigeria. It’s this government Nigeria’s debt profile rose to twenty three trillion, thrice higher than the previous administrations. It’s Buhari-led APC administration fuel subsidy which they claimed that did not exist when they were in the opposition party, removed fuel subsidy by increasing the prices of petroleum produce, and they have claimed to have paid fuel subsidy twice higher than President Goodluck Jonathan-led PDP administration.
“It is this present administration the President of the United States of America called Nigerian President a ‘lifeless President’ and the Leader of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu revealed that the man who parades himself as the Nigerian President in Aso Rock, is not President Muhammadu Buhari Nigerians voted into power in 2015, and to my utmost surprise the presidency has not denied it.”
He stated further that he was among the progressive minds in Nigeria that warned Nigerians against the APC’s ‘change’ mantra in 2015, which has led Nigeria into one of the poorest countries in the world. He urged Nigerians to think about the millions innocent Nigerians that have been killed by Boko Haram and herdsmen under the watchful eyes of President Muhammadu Buhari, which his administration has no capacity to stop.
He advised Nigerians to reject APC’s ‘Next Level’ slogan, which according to him, was another deceptive tactic they had metamorphosed from the failed ‘change’ mantra. He said what Nigerians had experienced under the APC ‘change’ government is a minute of what they would see in the APC ‘Next Level’ administration, which will lead Nigeria into anarchy and balkanization, and Nigeria will be history, if Nigerians fail to reject President Buhari’s second term ambition in the February polls.
Peresine asked Nigerians to place Nigeria above personal interest and vote for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar who has democratic principles, nationalistic leadership style and the prerequisites to rebuild Nigeria and create wealth and prosperity for this generation, saying that Atiku-PDP’s ‘let’s get Nigeria working again’ mantra should be properly interpreted in line with the policy document to Nigerians at the grassroots.
Watchman also joined his Principle, Atiku to express his heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their beloved ones under the administration of President Buhari, especially the forty two soldiers and civilians that were killed last week by the dreaded Boko Haram, which the APC government said they had technically defeated since December 2015.
